Lawrenceville, PA Real Estate
Lawrenceville Borough is a much smaller community that has 700 residents. It is located in the beautiful region of North Central Pennsylvania, just south of the New York border. Lawrenceville was established in 1831 and has seen many changes since. The area went from being an important manufacturing site in the mid-1800’s to the quieter residential community that you will find today. In 2019, the Lawrenceville Historic District, which encompasses the majority of the neighborhood, was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
Flanked by rolling hills, Lawrenceville offers a great amount of outdoor activities for one to enjoy. Cowanesque Lake offers a lovely area for activities including swimming, camping, hiking, boating and fishing. The tree dense hills give a challenge to hunters and some amazing and breathtaking views to autumn leaf-peepers!
